Wardrobe Project ships to all countries - the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia etc.

Shipment time & delivery methods
All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of ordering. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
Choose from regular Airmail (with registration) or express mail. We ship from Malaysia.

Tracking your shipment
After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you. You can also find your tracking number online. Tracking numbers will not be immediately traceable. Please allow up to 10 days for parcels to reach your country before making an enquiry with your local post. Some local posts such as USPS.com (for U.S. residents) offers online tracking.

Signature upon delivery
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Anyone from the recipient's address can sign for the parcel. Should no one be around to sign for it, you may be required to claim the parcel from your local post office. Unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to our offices.

Returned parcels
Should your parcel be returned to us because it was unclaimed, shipping address did not exist, or any other reason that was not the result of our mistake, you are required to pay for redelivery. Should you wish to cancel your order, a $10 penalty will be imposed, and the rest of your order (excluding original shipping fees) will be refunded.

Product exchange & Refunds
Defective items: You may exchange for a new item if the product you received was defective. Sold out items will be given a refund. You will be required to ship the defective product back to us before any exchange or refund is made. Airmail shipping fees to ship the defective item back to us will be reimbursed by Wardrobe Project.

Fitting/Liking problems: Products that do not fit or suit your liking can be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned to us in pristine condition before any exchange/refund is made. All shipping expenses are borne by you.
